What is ClubPass?
ClubPass is a monthly subscription for children's after-school activities. The pass fills a family wallet with credits that work at every partner club and school: swimming, music, coding, sport, dance, art, robotics, chess and theatre. Every activity shows its credit price before you book, taster sessions are free, and nothing is booked until a parent approves. For clubs, ClubPass is also the tool to list classes, fill seats and track payouts.
How do I find a club for my child?
In the ClubPass app, pick an activity (swimming, football, piano, coding, dance) and browse the partner clubs: schedules, open seats and credit prices are shown before you book. Your child can try a free taster session first. Because credits work everywhere, you book at several clubs with the same pass instead of signing up at each one.
Where is ClubPass available?
ClubPass opens first in Tunisia, in Greater Tunis: Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous and Manouba, including La Marsa, El Menzah and Gammarth. More cities follow as clubs join. The site and app are available in French, Arabic, Tunisian Arabic (Derja) and English. Prices are in Tunisian dinars, and you can also top up with cash at a partner club's front desk.
What is a credit?
Credits are the ClubPass in-app currency. Your pass tops up your family wallet and you spend credits to reserve seats. Each activity shows its credit price before you book, and taster sessions are free.
Can I use it at any club?
Yes. Every club in the ClubPass network accepts the same credits, so kids can mix activities across clubs.
Can my child have their own login?
Yes. Kids get a kid-safe view where they browse and request activities. Nothing is booked until a parent approves.
Is there a contract?
No. No contract and no club sign-up fees. Passes don't renew automatically.
How does a club join?
Apply through the Partner Studio, list your activities with schedules and credit prices, and start receiving bookings. We handle payments and payouts.
